Mail Anywhere

Full Service Intelligent Mail Certification (IMB)

G7, GRACol & SWOP is an acronym for General Requirements for Applications in Commercial Offset Lithography. GRACoL is a color reproduction specification for sheetfed offset lithography. SWOP stands for Specifications for Web Offset Publications. The mission of GRACoL & SWOP is to improve communications and education in the graphic arts by developing best practices that reflect the influence and impact of new technologies in the workflow of commercial offset lithography.
Full-Service mailers have the opportunity to use the same permit at any location via the Mail Anywhere program. Entry into the Mail Anywhere program is limited to mailers who meet the quality thresholds for Full-Service electronic verification.
Customer benefits include additional postage discounts and data availability.  Mailer benefits include better visibility into the mail stream, ability to track individual pieces, handling units and containers.  Address correction services and optional confirm services are also available if requested, as is mail induction(start-the-clock) information. Full Service IMB mailings provide the mail owner with tracking information, free ACS (Address Change Service), and Start the Clock scans with time stamps identifying when mail enters a USPS facility.

HIPPA Compliant

SOC2 Type II Audit Compliant

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) sets the standard for sensitive patient data protection. Companies that deal with protected health information (PHI) must have physical, network, and process security measures in place and follow them to ensure HIPAA Compliance. Covered entities (anyone providing treatment, payment, and operations in healthcare) and business associates (anyone who has access to patient information and provides support in treatment, payment, or operations) must meet HIPAA Compliance. Other entities, such as subcontractors and any other related business associates must also be in compliance.
SOC is a system of service organization controls. SOC stands for “system and organization controls,” and the controls are a series of standards designed to help measure how well a given service organization conducts and regulates its information. The purpose of SOC standards is to provide confidence and peace of mind for organizations when they engage third-party vendors. A SOC-certified organization has been audited by an independent certified public accountant who determined the firm has the appropriate SOC safeguards and procedures in place. The SOC 2 framework includes five key sections, forming a set of criteria called the Trust Services Principles. These include:
1. The security of the service provider’s system
2. The processing integrity of this system
3. The availability of this system
4. The privacy of personal information that the service provider collects, retains, uses, discloses and disposes of for user entities
5. The confidentiality of the information that the service provider’s system processes or maintains for user entities

FSC Chain-of-Custody Certification

Between the forest and the final user, products may undergo many stages of processing, manufacturing and distribution. FSC Chain-of-Custody certification traces the path of products from forests through the supply chain, verifying that FSC-certified material is identified or kept separated from non-certified material throughout the chain.

Kirkwood is part of  this supply chain, including harvesters, processors, manufacturers, distributors, printers, retailers* or anyone that is taking ownership of the forest product before the end user, needs to be FSC certified to be able to label or promote their products as FSC certified.  The Kirkwood certification number is: FSC-C002933
